See, when I buy properties, I am usually helping someone out of a situation that otherwise may have been insurmountable. And when I sell land, I work hard to be able to sell it at a price that anyone can afford. In my humble opinion, everyone deserves to be able to CREATE their own special legacy!

Our mission.
CREATE Lands is in business to purchase and resell property. Specifically raw or vacant lands. With our business model we have found a way for buyers and sellers of land to both ‘win’.
There ARE problems that can be associated with land ownership though, a brief list is below.
- People inherit land that they have no interest in, and don’t know what to do with it.
- The taxes on land owned become unbearable for one reason or another.

Being that raw property is not easy to finance traditionally – like a home or auto – we reach out to our investors, wholesalers, developers, and those individuals that have contacted us and we offer the land for a cash price, well under market value.
